Each Early Morning Focus Group Session Includes

Guided Meditation: We start each session with a blissful, intense, hypnotic meditation to ground and centre yourself.

Journaling Prompts: We use one thought-provoking journaling prompt, I'll offer some thoughts on this as you scribble for 15 minutes; I'll play some gentle music to encourage flow. This is an important process as it creates a commitment to journaling. This free writing practice encourages deep, honest inner reflections. This process will provide insight and help you clarify your intentions for the week.

Intention Setting: A practice to consciously set your intentions and goals, aligning with what matters most to you for the week ahead.

Upgrade Consciousness: We conclude with a 15-minute hypnotic journey designed to embed your goals, mindsets, and intentions deeply into your subconscious. This session will guide you through a tranquil exploration of your inner landscape, encouraging the integration of your aspirations with a sense of clarity. As you relax and listen, my voice will lead you into deep relaxation, where you can visualise your desired outcomes and reinforce self-trust to awaken feeling refreshed and invigorated and full of power.
