THE WORKSHOP IN A NUTSHELL
We spend much of our lives chasing love. It is said ‘Love makes the world go around’. it is also said, ‘money makes the world go around’ which one you believe about Love will show up in your view on life. Love is such a precious human experience and I suspect a lot of what we do is driven by the desire to be loved. In a world where being ‘silenced’ for having a different opinion to the mainstream alongside being bombarded by paid ‘influencers’ that one should be authentic, is paradoxical and quite a conundrum.
To be authentic takes courage and those who do it seem happier for doing so.
Are you being authentic
When you people please?
When you say yes when you want to say No?
When you agree with others out of fear of their response?
When you do not speak up about matters that are important to you, out of fear of offending others?
Authenticity is not a thing or a destination that we conquer. Authenticity is engaging in an ongoing honest relationship with ourselves.
This takes courage as by being honest with ourselves and others often alters the dynamics of our relationships. When we change, our ecology system changes for example, those around you might not want the changes you desire or have initiated. This is another hurdle we must face and this workshop prepares you for that.
Loving and trusting yourself in a world that bombards us with blatant and subliminal fear porn that keeps us small and believing ‘we are not worthy’ is an act of rebellion. Come discover your courage, fertilise fear into LOVE
