Alexia is facilitating a  6-hour workshop, which is split into two 3-hour sessions.

As a result of attending this workshop -you will identify and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been discarded, ignored, denied and disowned by the self.

We all carry parts of ourselves that in times past became separated from our identity in moments of fear or trauma, leaving us unable to acknowledge and integrate these parts of ourselves into our whole.

During the workshop, we will:

  • Learn what the shadow self is and how to recognise it in action

  • Acknowledge, connect to and reintegrate our shadow self

  • Learn why some people or situations give us great emotional 'charge', causing us intense stress and anxiety.

  • Develop methods to manage these situations better and recognise how our shadow self is trying to support us.

  • Develop methods to manage these situations better and recognise how our shadow self is trying to support us.

  • See the shadow self as an ally to encourage greater harmony and inclusion in our lives

  • Reframe irritants into seers showing us weakness.

  • Understand the gifts of petty tyrants.

  • Develop a better relationship with yourself and tools for improved self-management

 

This compassion soul-nourishing process of looking at our dark hidden nature can help to release many limitations and significantly affect our relationship with ourselves and the world. 

The process is empowering. Be ready to roll your sleeves up and play an active role in your discoveries.
